Flaherty told the Federal Election Commission previously that Omar had funneled more than $369,000 in payments to E Street, including $25,000 in travel costs that Flaherty said were personal in nature.
About one-third of Omar’s total campaign expenditures went to Mynett, Flaherty reported.
If the travel costs were for Omar to see Mynett romantically, that would be a campaign violation.
