Trump Replacement Announcement – It’s Official
President Trump has announced the replacement of a top-level official who, after being caught in a treasonous plot, will be resigning his position by mid-March.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein proved to be just another member of the swamp, and Trump has nominated Jeff Rosen to take his place. Rosen currently serves as Deputy Secretary of Transportation and has held the spot since May 2017.
In a public statement, Attorney General William Barr said that Rosen is “a distinguished lawyer” and “has more than 35 years’ experience litigating complex matters in state and federal courts across the country”.
“His years of outstanding legal and management experience make him an excellent choice to succeed Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein,” Barr continued.
The departure of Rosenstein is surely a relief to Trump and his cabinet. Since being nominated by Trump in 2017, he has been a lightning rod of controversy and acted as a key player in Robert Mueller’s sham investigation to oust the president.
In fact, news recently broke that Rosenstein and former FBI Director Andrew McCabe discussed forcibly removing Trump from office, presumably if the investigation didn’t work out as they hoped. “Looks like they were planning a very illegal act, and got caught,” Trump said.
