Tragic: Fox News Death Announcement
In a tragic turn of events, Fox News has reported the sudden passing of someone who made service to the safety and security of America her life’s work.
Donna Ross, an agent with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Protection (CBP), has died in Texas while assisting state police. According to a CBP news release, Ross was “struck and killed by a passing vehicle”. The release went on to say that she “died while performing her duty, protecting the community and the United States”.
Ross was 49-years-old and had served the CBP for over 15 years, beginning duty on “November 3, 2003 as part of the 569th Session of the Border Patrol Academy”. She is survived by her husband and several other family members, including her father and mother.
Our nation’s Border Patrol agents deserve our continued respect and admiration. Their job is dangerous and often thankless, but they work tirelessly to keep Americans safe from a myriad of threats at our border. We are grateful for their service and for a president who supports them.
