Laura Ingraham Attacked By David Hogg Over Show Cancellation

January 1, 2019

Parkland High School student David Hogg, who rose to fame as a liberal anti-gun activist following the mass shooting at his school, just launched a mocking attack on social media claiming conservative Fox News host Laura Ingraham’s show was canceled due to advertisers pulling out.

Hogg wrote, “Happy new year” to Ingraham in a tweet that linked to an article from the far-left media outlet Daily Kos with a rather misleading and incorrect headline which asserted that Ingraham’s radio show had been canceled due to a boycott against advertisers.

Fact check: Ingraham had already announced previously that she was pulling the plug on her own radio show as she found trouble juggling the time required for that show along with her nightly Fox News program, and would instead transition from the radio to an easier-to-manage podcast.

Hogg was no doubt referring to the unsuccessful advertiser boycott he had led against Ingraham earlier in the year after he took offense to a joke she had made about his being rejected from various colleges and universities.
