Franklin Graham BANNED From Facebook
The Reverend Franklin Graham recently revealed that he had been banned from posting anything to Facebook, oddly enough over something he had posted two years ago in 2016.
Graham said the post in question pertained to North Carolina’s House Bill 2 — commonly referred to as the “bathroom bill,” as it dealt with people using the public restrooms assigned to their biological gender — which sparked plenty of controversy in 2016.
In a pair of posts to Twitter, Graham wrote that he had been suspended for 24 hours over the two-year-old post, and noted, “They said the post went against their ‘community standards on hate speech.’ Facebook is making & changing the rules.”
In a follow-up tweet, he added that Facebook “is censoring free speech,” and wrote, “Truth is truth. God made the rules & His Word is truth. The free exchange of ideas is part of our country’s DNA.”
