Biden Meltdown Caught On Camera – It’s Bizarre
Democrat presidential frontrunner and former Vice President Joe Biden made bizarre statements while on the campaign trail in Iowa on Thursday. “We choose science over fiction; we choose truth over facts,” Biden said to supporters in the pivotal state.
Biden did not elaborate on the meaning behind the statement or explain what the “truth” and “facts” were that he referred to, and his supporters were left wondering what he meant by the statement. Critics on Twitter suggested Biden make the statement his new campaign slogan and laughed at the misstatement.
The presidential candidate also said that “poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids,” quickly correcting the apparent assumption that poor kids must be minorities. And he repeatedly referred to former British Prime Minister Theresa May as Margaret Thatcher, who served in that role four decades ago.
Biden has been gaffe-prone since his vice-presidential candidacy in 2008. He made several mistakes in the second primary debate, incuding saying that “eight more years of Trump” would damage the country.
Is this really the best the Democrats have to offer for the presidency in 2020? If so, they’re in some serious trouble.
